Punched in the Face because of a YouTube Video

The story so far: someone published a video on YouTube in order to invite some local viewers to a party. Although the number was not supposed to exceed 40 invited members, no less than 100 teenagers came to the party and tried to get inside the house. Because the boy who was in charge of the house didn't manage to keep them outside, he called his parents to help. After a drink too many, some of the teenagers became violent and decided to beat the entire family although the police had already been called. After several disputes, it all ended at the hospital where the father and the eldest son received treatment for minor injuries.

In addition to the entire fight, the teenagers caused a lot of damage inside the house such as broken windows, fence panels and other objects inside the living room and the dining room. According to The Telegraph, the family wanted to celebrate the 16th anniversary of one of the boys with a party with a maximum of 40 persons but due to YouTube's audience, it all resulted in a serious fight.

"We left at about 7pm and less than an hour later, Stephen called us and asked us to come home. We rushed straight back," Mrs Worthy said for The Telegraph. "There were too many for us to sort it on our own but with the help of the police we managed to calm it down. We were scared stiff when there was a loud bang and the windows smashed. I was terrified. I thought they were going to kill us."

Mr Worthy who was the first who got beaten by the teenagers said the police revealed that a YouTube clip could cause the entire embarrassing situation. "The police asked us if we knew about an invite posted on YouTube for the party. It seems that may be why so many people turned up. We feel a little naive now but it's a sad situation if you cannot go out and let your children have what was supposed to be a quiet party with a few friends. This is not what we expected at all - we live in a nice quiet place, it's very pleasant and we thought this type of thing couldn't happen," he said for the same source.
