The latest version of Proxmox VE can be downloaded from Softpedia

Proxmox VE (Virtual Environment), an easy-to-use open-source virtualization platform for running Virtual Appliances and Virtual Machines, is now at version 3.1.

Proxmox VE 3.1 includes countless improvements and a lot of exciting new features, like SPICE, GlusterFS storage plugin, and the ability to apply updates via GUI.

The developers also added the Proxmox VE Enterprise Repository, which is an additional service for the commercial subscribers. This is the default and recommended repository for production servers.

The distribution comes with a new Linux kernel, 2.6.32-109, the Highpoint 2710 RAID driver, an update for update for RHEL6.4 based kernels, a GUI for GlusterFS storage, a button to start the SPICE console, a spiceproxy server, just to mention a few.
