“Last week I proposed to my girlfriend of 3 years, and this is how I did it. I had to wait for her to stop crying before I could even ask her to marry me,” he wrote.
He claims it took 4 to 5 hours to attach the LED lights to jars and hang them on his sweetheart's favorite tree.
He had to leave to pick her up and bring her home, and all the way back he was scared he might have burnt down her house in the process of trying to impress her.
