The PSD Team has released an updated version of its Progressive Downloader Mac app, a multi-threated download manager which, as of today, supports OS X Mavericks.

Progressive Downloader 1.6 offers support of the power-saving technologies in Mavericks, and makes the download progress viewable in Finder (on OS X Mountain Lion and OS X Mavericks).

The filter sidebar now has count tags (disabled by default), while each downloaded file can be assigned with one of system labels. Users now get notifications when an update is downloaded and ready to be applied, and the "Plug-in" submenu is now located under the menu bar icon.

The temporary files' default location has changed from ~/Library/Caches to ~/Library/Caches/com.PS.PSD, while the app now purges temporary files when you launch it.

Finally, the browser now asks for retry when a remote directory listing fails, and a "Start immediately" warning dialog has been fixed.
