Process Hacker, a versatile process managing solution, received an update over the weekend, to version 2.31. Although it’s been a while since the previous update, the fresh build brings to the table only a few repairs that touch mostly on the plugins available.

The developer has eliminated some bugs that affected the functionality on Windows 8 and were traced to the ExtendedServices plugin.

In the case of OnlineChecks plugin, now there is information about the upload progress, while UserNotes now incorporates a fix that caused the process priorities not to be saved.

General repairs address a glitch with the module list that did not update properly and a crash that occurred upon DLL enumeration.

Process Hacker is an advanced process manager designed for users that need more control over the running processes and it can easily substitute the default solution in Windows, Task Manager.
