505 Games and Cyanide Studios have announced that the upcoming Pro Rugby Manager 2015, a continuation of the series after a long hiatus, is coming to PC and iOS on September 18.

Pro Rugby Manager 2015 will enable players to play the role of a manager and take their favorite rugby union team to the title. The simulation video game is being developed under the license of the Aviva Premiership Rugby from England, the Pro12 (encompassing Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Italy), and the Top14 / Pro D2 from France, totaling 54 licensed teams.

Cyanide Studios' initiative is the first rugby team management video game in over 10 years, which means that many fans of the sport will be able to get their hands on a simulation of their favorite pastime for the first time ever.

The developer is known for its most recent action video games, but it's also noted for previous entries in the management simulation genre, such as Pro Rugby Manager (from 2004) and Pro Rugby Manager 2015, as well as the Pro Cycling manager franchise.

Players will have to take their team to success on the field and ensure its financial stability, in order to secure their job for another season, and eventually move up to a bigger club. The developers promised to offer a state-of-the-art simulation engine, as well as a top-notch match-play feature that would enable managers to take active control of their team during games.
