The development team at Konami is delivering a launch day patch for Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, which is designed to improve the overall game experience by adding new content for gamers to experience and by improving realism with a host of transfers and loans for all the major teams.

The official announcement from the company shows that 93 new authentic kits are introduced and six teams have been updated in the first Brazilian league, with 109 new player names.

There are also 80 extra player faces, closely modelled on real life counterparts, and more boots are added from manufacturers like Nike and Puma.

At the same time, transfers and loans are updated in order to make sure that all the activity that took place over the summer window is reflected.

Gamers can now also choose to play as Sparta Praha, FK Partisan and Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Konami already has plans to deploy a second major update in December, and it seems that among other changes, it will also introduce more teams in other leagues, although no names are specified except for Flamengo.

In the meanwhile, the development team will listen to feedback coming from gamers in order to make sure that it can also tweak gameplay in order to satisfy as much of the community as possible.

PES 2015 competes directly with FIFA 15

It’s unclear whether Konami also has plans to deliver updates based on the real life results of major competitions like UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Copa Libertadores, Asia Champions League, and the Copa Sudamericana.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 is created using the Fox Engine that was first created to work with the Metal Gear Solid series and introduces a range of mechanics designed to allow it to compete directly with FIFA from EA Sports.

The Master League continues to be the focal center of the experience, with gamers able to control their favorite team both on and off the pitch.

The gameplay mechanics are designed to emphasize the tactical side of football, with gamers asked to evaluate the abilities of their players and then try to pick apart an opposing team before they get into a good position and take a shot on goal.

The biggest issue for the title is that, at the moment, it lacks some club licenses, even if the actual team players are simulated in great detail, which might put some football fans off.
