The development team at Konami working on Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 is delivering a new trailer for its upcoming football simulation title that explains the core ideas behind the new Heart system.

The mechanics are designed to simulate the impact that crowds have on a match, offering deep support for the home team and putting pressure on those who play away.

Kei Masuda, a producer on Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, talks about how his team is implementing the new feature and about the way it will increase the immersion level for players.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 is set to arrive on September 20 on the PC, the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360 and the PSP.

It will compete directly with the all-new FIFA 14 from EA Sports, which will also arrive on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
