The most important aspect of PES 2008 is the adaptive AI system, Teamvision - which is said to be able to adapt to each individual's playing style, meaning that, in theory, you will not be able to use the same scheme to score, since the AI will learn it and find ways to both prevent you from doing it and counterattacking afterwards.

Basically, everything in PES 2008 has been improved in order to offer the player a more enjoyable gameplay experience, one that is as close to the real deal as possible. This means that all on-field play has been re-balanced and fine tuned, the set pieces have been improved and an entire match can now be won taking advantage of the various specific talents every team has. And all these, as we�ve said earlier, at cheaper prices - which means you should get ready for a great summer.

Achieved with your first victory.
2. Hat-trick Hunter - 15 points
Achieved after scoring 5 hat-tricks.
3. 100 Matches - 20 points
Achieved when you have played 100 matches.
4. PK Master - 20 points
Achieved when you have won at least 10 penalty shootouts following regulation time.
5. World Traveller - 20 points
Achieved when all stadiums have been used.
6. England League Dominated - 25 points
Achieved when you have beaten all England League teams.
7. Eredivisie Dominated - 25 points
Achieved when you have beaten all Eredivisie teams.
8. Gentleman - 25 points
Achieved when your foul per match ratio drops below 1 foul in the most recent 10 matches.
9. Goal Getter - 25 points
Achieved when you have scored 100 goals.
10. Liga Espa�ola Dominated - 25 points
Achieved when you have beaten all Liga Espa�ola teams.
11. Ligue 1 Dominated - 25 points
Achieved when you have beaten all Ligue 1 teams.
12. Owner - 25 points
Achieved when your possession in the most recent 10 matches is above 60%.
13. Serie A Dominated - 25 points
Achieved when you have beaten all Serie A teams.
14. Silver Service - 25 points
Achieved when you have made 100 assists.
15. 100 Wins - 30 points
Achieved when you have won 100 matches.
16. Ace Striker - 30 points
Achieved after 20 matches when you've scored an average of 2+ goals in the most recent 5 games.
17. Attacking Midfielder - 30 points
Achieved after 100 matches when your pass success ratio is 85% or more in the most recent 10 games.
18. Brick Wall - 30 points
Achieved when you have kept 100 clean sheets.
19. Long Ranger - 30 points
Achieved when you score from a distance of more than 35m.
20. National Teams Dominated - 40 points
Achieved when you have beaten all national teams.
21. Sniper - 40 points
Achieved after 100 matches, when your shot success ratio is 70% or more in the most recent 10 games.
22. Super Striker
Achieved after 100 matches when you've scored an average of 2.5+ goals in the most recent 10 games.
23. FK Goal - 50 points
Achieved when you score from a free-kick directly in a Xbox LIVE Ranked Match.
24. Hat-trick Hunter (Xbox LIVE) - 50 points
Achieved when you score a hat-trick in a Xbox LIVE Ranked Match.
25. Winning Streak - 50 points
Achieved after 10 straight wins.
26. Winning Streak (Xbox LIVE) - 70 points
Achieved when you have 5 successive Ranked Match wins in the Xbox LIVE.
27. High Win Ratio - 1000 points
Achieved when your win ratio in Recent 20 match results of Xbox LIVE go above 75%.
28. Ultimate Player - 100 points
Achieved when you have played 500 matches, scored 1000 goals and have won all leagues and cups.
