Gamers also get improved gameplay and some small tweaks

The development team at Cyanide and publisher Focus Home Interactive are launching a second major patch for Pro Cycling Manager 2014, labeled 1.2.0.0, which is designed to fix a number of major issues with the game and to generally improve the gameplay experience for the title.

A bigger problem that has been eliminated is one linked to rider transfers, but that means that all careers that are past the June 15 date in a calendar year are no longer compatible and that players will have to start over their game or keep their game running the previous version.

A blocking bug linked to January 1, 2015, has also been eliminated, as has a crash that happened on August 31 for some players.

Cyclists should now also be smarter when they are offered new contracts, and the way freshness works has been tweaked in order to make it easier to play through the first few races of a season.

The Armada multiplayer mode has also been improved.

A full list of crash fixes and changes can be read on a fan site and the full patch 1.2.0.0 can be downloaded from Softpedia.

Cyanide is still listening to reports from the community and might deliver more patches for Pro Cycling Manager 2014.
