14 DAY TRIAL // Today, PrivaZer received a minor update, to build 2.6.2, which contains a couple of improvements and several bug fixes.
The new release brings to the table faster speeds as far as the procedure for cleaning up free space is concerned and improved cleanup routine for MFT (Master File Table).
MFT is a special section on the drive that stores information about the files available, such as name, size creation date or permissions.
PrivaZer 2.6.2 addresses several issues detected in the previous versions. Among the problems eliminated is the one with the application hanging occasionally. Also fixed is the issue with cleanup options not being saved by the program.
On the same note, in some cases errors would occur while scanning and then cleaning Internet traces.
