The most amazing things happened last night in London, number 1 being that Prince William hosted the Winter Whites Gala at Kensington Palace, to support the youth homelessness charity Centrepoint. The second is embedded in the video above.

During the gala, Jon Bon Jovi performed, in what will go down in history as the first-ever concert held at the Palace. At one point, during a live, toned-down rendition of his hit “Living on a Prayer,” he asked the host of the night, Prince William, to join him on stage.

William agreed on the condition that Taylor Swift also came up, to which, obviously, she wholeheartedly agreed.

What followed was a super fun sing-along on Bon Jovi’s hit single, which also included a happy moment when Taylor high-fived the future King of England.

Other guests at the event included Colin Firth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jonathan Ross, Michelle Dockery, James Blunt and Eliza Doolittle. As you may imagine, tickets were super expensive, with all the proceeds going to charity.
