Kim Kardashian and Kanye West became first-time parents a couple of weeks ago and, according to a new report, they’re still discussing whether to sell the first photos of baby North “Nori” West to a magazine or not.

In the meantime, though, the price for the exclusive is going up.

Last time we mentioned this, word online had it that Kim and Kanye were getting offers for as much as $2 million (€1.53 million), but Us Weekly is now saying that the two have already turned down an offer for much more.

“The first daughter of media mavens Kim Kardashian and Kanye West won’t be making her big debut in the spotlight anytime soon — for any price. The media-savvy couple have yet to share any photos of their tiny bundle of joy since welcoming her into the world on June 15, though they’ve been offered a whopping $3 million [€2.3 million] from an Australian magazine to do so,” the publication writes.

The hang-up is reportedly caused by Kanye’s decision to keep Nori out of the spotlight for as long as possible, and thus avoid the customary photoshoot in a celebrity publication.

He’s also set to not allow cameras to shoot her when Kim returns to the family’s reality show.

“Kanye’s been adamant about not having the baby on the show. He was serious when he said North isn’t America’s baby, so he may not do anything,” an insider says for the same media outlet.

Another tipster claims that Kim might share his views on the need to keep Nori out of the spotlight, saying that “Motherhood has changed her [and] North is all they talk about.”

Until Kardashian’s fans get the chance to see Kim’s baby for the first time, our guess is the speculation will continue.

Right now, for instance, other reports are saying that Kim might still be talked into showing her off on her mother’s new talk show, Kris, because that would help her open to very strong ratings.
