Human Head Studios is a well-known game developer involved in the creation of titles like Prey and its sequel (the canned one). Both first-person shooters were very well received by the media and players alike.

Since they aren't working on the next title in the Prey series, Human Head Studios got into mobile gaming and launched a game called Fort Courage for Android devices back in 2006.

The studio's latest PC game, Minimum, is a multiplayer shooter with MOBA elements, which receive mostly positive reviews from players since its launch on Steam last year.

Now it looks like Human Head Studios returns to the mobile gaming with a survival horror called “Lost Within.” Although the game hasn't been officially introduced, Lost Within has already been listed on Amazon Games. Here is the game's official description:

“Survive a haunted asylum and its monstrous Inhabitants. Confront a legendary killer who prowls the abandoned wards. Scavenge and create makeshift weapons or conserve your resources and employ stealth tactics to sneak past the lurking horrors.”

“When all else fails, run for your life or find a place to hide. To escape, you must uncover the asylum’s dark mystery: the shattering secret that lead to its condemnation. There are many doors, but there is only one way out.”

The game might be free to download but with in-app purchases

Along with the description of the game, Human Head Studios has also released a launch trailer for Lost Within, so players can have an idea of what it has to offer.

The listing on Amazon Games doesn't provide any details on release date or price tag, but we can expect more details on both to be available in the coming days.

The good news is that we know that Lost Within will be launched on both iOS and Android. According to Amazon, it will be available on Kindle Fire Phone and Tablet, but it's likely to arrive in Google Play Store as well.
