14 DAY TRIAL // iSkin has announced its ProTouch Classic Keyboard Protector for Apple’s 11-inch MacBook Air, the newest MacBook launched by Apple in late 2010. If you’re planning to hold on to your notebook for a while, see what iSkin has to say about its new product.
The ProTouch is designed to overlay the keyboard and block small particles of food, dust and other impurities from entering and causing damage, while also ensuring a cleaner working environment.

Users can pour warm water on it and even use detergent “to promote a cleaner and safer typing environment for MacBook Air owners.”
Available immediately and starting at $24.99, the ProTouch Classic for 11” MacBook Air is being initially offered in its Arctic (Clear Frosted) version.
“This is a clear, colorless version that is specially coated to provide a smooth, satin-like finish,” iSkin elaborates. “Finally, its specially formulated non-toxic silicone has been optimized to provide a comfortable feel during typing.”
It can be purchased at iSkin.com immediately, and at Apple Retail Stores in early February.
Several versions of the ProTouch keyboard protector are currently available for all other MacBook and Apple keyboard models as well.
