Oddly enough, it connects via an audio cable, not USB or whatever else

Originally a Kickstarter project, the PressurePen has become a real product, one that is already available for pre-order.

Shipments will begin in November, at which point all owners of touch-enabled iOS or Android devices (smartphones and tablets) will be able to more easily interact with their device (and leave fewer smudges on it).

The price is of $30 for the “kit” and $60 for the PressurePen that also has that white shell. An extra $20 will get you two more pen tips.

In Europe, that means 23-30 Euro and 46-60 Euro, respectively, plus 15-20 for the extra tips.

We'll just add that Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 has just lost its greatest advantage among tablets.

Go here to place your orders and read everything known, so far, about the PressurePen. We are certain that stylus-optimized apps will appear soon enough.
