PressReader to Support BlackBerry 10 Too

NewspaperDirect, the company behind the PressReader application for the BlackBerry PlayBook and smartphones, has announced plans to bring the software to the new BlackBerry 10 operating system as well.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the app was developed natively, which means that it does not come with the issues that HTML5 apps come with at times.

Furthermore, the app has seen new publications added to the list of supported magazines, and more of them are expected to be included there soon. At the moment, it offers access to over 2,100 newspapers and magazines.

As mentioned above, the app is available for RIM’s tablet PC as well, and can be downloaded from the BlackBerry App World via this link.
