The French media is speculating on an indecent relationship between the two

It's a bit of an eyebrow raiser, but it's nonetheless something that's been making the rounds in the news. A French paparazzo is claiming that the American President Barack Obama is having an affair with singer Beyonce.

Pascal Rostain, quoted by the French newspaper Le Figaro, is claiming that the President and the singer are seeing each other on the side, as both of them are married. The photographer claims that the Washington Post also has the story and they will be running it later today.

Le Figaro published Rostain's comments “You know, at this time, in the United States, there is something big that is happening. I’ll go out tomorrow in the Washington Post — we can say that it is not the gutter press — an alleged affair between President Barack Obama and Beyoncé.”

Meanwhile, the Washington Post denied it had any plans for such a sensational story, which was pretty much what everyone was expecting. That is because the timing of this cheating scandal couldn't be more poorly chosen.

The American President, Barack Obama, is set to meet with the French President, Francois Hollande, at the White House, and many think that this is a way of the French media to divert some of the heat off their own president.

That's because Hollande has been involved in a scandal of his own, after a French magazine exposed a secret affair the president was having with actress Julie Gayet, despite being a happily married man.

The rumor about Obama and Beyonce is clearly well thought out. There have been some voices raising questions about the stability of Michelle and Barack's marriage. Especially since that ill-fated selfie incident at the Mandela funeral.

Also, the Obamas and Beyonce's family have a strong bond, that's become evident every time they play the White House or appear in photos together at various events. The latest such event was Michelle Obama's 50th birthday where Beyonce and Jay Z were invited to give a secret performance.

Still, the rumor lacks the credibility required, and can be treated the same as the Bill Clinton and Elizabeth Hurley affair that was reported in the media last week.
