Transfer News Central (TNC), a London-based organization that provides football news from all around the world, says its TNC Premier League Twitter account was hacked.

According to an announcement posted on the Transfer Central TNC Twitter, the attackers hijacked the account which provides minute by minute coverage or Premier League matches and changed it to Home of Futbol (@HomeOfFutbol).

Users are advised to unfollow and report the fraudulent account.

“ANNOUNCEMENT: Our @TNC_PL page has been hacked and changed to @HomeOfFutbol - please UNFOLLOW and report. RT this,” TNC said.

It’s uncertain at this time if this is the work of a malicious actor or an insider who wanted to get back at TNC for some reason.

TNC is fairly popular among football fans. It’s Twitter account has over 118,000 followers.
