Premier Alliance is confident that root9B’s offering will be highly valuable to customers. In addition, the cyber security firm will be a “key enhancement to Premier Alliance's value proposition as cyber-security has a direct impact on risk and profitability.”
root9B has offices in both Texas and Colorado. The professionals that work for the company have a lot of experience in using defensive and offensive technical security operations to defend both private and public customers in the United States.
Following the acquisition, root9B will become a unit of Premier Alliance. It will continue to offer penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, forensics, network defense operations, compliance testing, data breach and remediation, cyber policy assessment and design, malware analysis and other services.
Premier Alliance has purchased root9B in cash and stock transactions, but it’s uncertain for how much.
