Although there is no official confirmation, the entire world knows that Christina Aguilera is pregnant. Amidst rumors that she has her figure-hugging outfits altered weekly to fit her changing body and various sources coming out and stating for a fact that she is with child (including her very father, who was contacted by the media a while back and was more than happy to corroborate the story that was already circulating in the press), the singer just canceled two of her concerts in Australia on account of poor health.

Of course, since neither Christina nor her husband Jordan Bratman have officially gone on the record to say they're pregnant with their first child, the reason given for the cancellation was not pregnancy sickness but a viral flu, although the media is already saying that this is just a veiled rendition of the truth. When the 'Dirrty' singer performed in Sydney, Australia, this Friday, she looked and admitted to feeling very 'under the weather' and cut her gig short by three songs, presumably because a virus was also beginning to feel on her, after it had already taken down several of her back-up dancers and singers.

Next thing Friday, the singer announced that she would postpone the Saturday gig until Sunday night, in the hope that she might feel better after a day's pause. However, as of last night, things were still looking bad for Christina and she was forced to cancel the remaining two of her shows altogether, through a message posted on her official website. All those who bought tickets for the canceled concerts will be refunded.

'I want to personally apologize to all of my fans for having to cancel my last two shows here in Melbourne. Unfortunately, I have fallen ill with a bad flu virus. This is one of the best cities in the world to perform in and I am truly disappointed that I won't be able to share my show with you all. Thank you for all of the continued love and support, and I hope to perform for you all again next time.', was Christina's message to her fans. She also added that the doctor ordered her to voice-rest and a couple of days in bed. However, the 'flu virus' excuse failed to catch on the Australian newspapers that still believe that the reason behind her feeling ill is the advanced state of her pregnancy.

Christina is scheduled to perform next in New Zealand, on two separate dates, but whether she will be able to wrap up her 'Back To Basics' world tour as scheduled is still uncertain. One thing is for sure: all her fans wish her the very best and a speedy recovery, no matter the cause of the illness.
