Power Rangers: Super Legends is an action adventure video game, developed for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2 and for Microsoft Windows-based PCs. Created by A2M and published by Disney Interactive Studios, the title was released on October 23, 2007, in North America for the DS, with PAL regions following on November 2, and, last but not least, Australia on November 15, the same year.

The story of the Nintendo DS version focuses on the actions of the Emperor Gruumm, which has set his sights upon the myth of the Hall of Legends. This hall is the resting place of the collected energies of the Power Rangers across time.

In his own twisted mind, Gruumm has envisioned a world where his enemy's power is not only stolen by him, but used against them, thus granting him full reign upon Earth. Luckily, the Omega Ranger, which is the being in charge of all timelines from within the Hall of Legends, discovers the evil plan and warns all other Power Rangers to stop him.

Here is what Disney revealed about the game at its release: “Power Rangers fans play as the ultimate super heroes on an action-packed adventure to save the world from evil in Power Rangers: Super Legends. Players battle enemies, solve puzzles and explore an interactive world as some of the most beloved Power Ranger heroes from the original Mighty Morphin squad to the current Operation Overdrive team. The game combines fast-paced, martial arts combat with super moves and gravity-defying aerial combos. In the spirit of the series, players can team up with a friend for cooperative missions and massive Zord battles.”

Earn a “Gold” rank in the Series era to unlock the following characters in Arcade and Multi-player modes. The character unlocked varies depending on things done during game play:

To unlock the Omega Ranger, complete a level and replay it. Collect the three hidden Omega Crystal pieces in the level. The Omega Ranger is unlocked when all of those in every level are collected.

To unlock the Orange Ranger, get a 100% “Gold” rank in all eras, including the Hall of Legends Era.
