Cyberpower got more prowess from Intel Xeon processors instead of the Core i7 line

Since Intel hasn't launched the Devil's Canyon line of K-series Core i7/i5 CPUs, makers of hardcore systems have to use other processors to power their beasts. Cyberpower wasn't satisfied with the existing Core i5/i7 units though.

It also didn't quite think that NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon graphics would cut it.

So, when it made the Power Mega Pro collection of gaming computers, it used Intel Xeon CPUs and NVIDIA Quadro graphics instead.

Well, there is the Power Mega Pro 2000 with a Core i7-4770K, but even that one has Quadro K600 graphics and 16 GB DDR3 RAM. It costs $1,299 / €1,299.

The top-of-the-line PC is the Power Mega Pro 3D Modeling though, with two Intel Xeon E5-2620 v2 CPUs backed by NVIDIA Quadro K5000 graphics and 32 GB of RAM. Its price is of $4,811 / €4,811.

Both computers have combined SSD and HDD storage, with the former featuring 128 GB + 2 TB capacity, while the latter gets a 500 GB SSD and two 2 TB HDDs in RAID one.

Cyberpower's new high-end computers, made not for gaming but for video editing and the like, come in black and red cases from NZXT and support multiple displays at once.
