14 DAY TRIAL // Precisely one month ago, Eva Longoria filed for divorce from Tony Parker. Though the proceedings are still underway, the two are meeting up regularly – and sources are saying a reconciliation is not off the table just yet.
Eva and Tony separated citing the same “irreconcilable differences” but reports claim he may have cheated on her (emotionally or physically) with the estranged wife of a former mate.
After Eva filed the papers, so did Tony, but they insisted they remained good friends and that the split was amicable. TMZ reports they may still be more than that.
This is officially the second time the two are spotted together out since filing for divorce, which would contradict reports that Eva is so heartbroken that she wouldn’t even hear Tony’s name, let alone meet with him for a casual lunch.
TMZ has photo of the two again having lunch, with talk of a possible reconciliation picking up speed. Yet, the divorce is still underway.
“Eva Longoria flew a few thousand miles to be with Tony Parker yesterday, dining on good ol’ Texas BBQ,” TMZ writes.
“The picture shows Eva – dressed in black and wearing a black hat – at Rudy’s Country Store and Bar-B-Q, just north of San Antonio. Tony is behind the pillar,” the report further says.
“Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ Eva flew to Texas to spend time with Tony. We’re told it was all very friendly. The restaurant – actually it’s a gas station with a BBQ pit out back – is a couple of miles from the huge house that Tony and Eva recently built,” TMZ notes.
Sources close to the soon-to-be former couple vouch for the e-zine that the two remain determined to try and make their marriage work, regardless of whether Tony cheated on Eva or not.
In any case this doesn’t work out though, they still want a divorce.
“The divorce is still on, but one source connected with the couple says not to rule out the chance for a reconciliation,” TMZ says.
