South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is reportedly gearing up for the release of a new series of high-end smartphones running under Google’s Android operating system, and some more info on them has emerged.

One such device would be Galaxy S III, which made it to the headlines a few times before, and which should be released sometime in the coming months, based on what Samsung has confirmed so far.

However, Dutch site Mobile Cowboys suggests that the handset is slated for release in Turkey for March 13th, only two weeks after the Mobile World Congress.

Moreover, they claim that Samsung is working on the release of a Galaxy S II Plus and a Galaxy Note S, and that both of them should arrive later this year, though no specific info on their hardware has been unveiled.

We’ll take the info with a grain of salt for the time being, but stay tuned for more details on this.
