Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry has already confirmed plans to launch some appealing new devices before the end of this year, yet it seems that the company might still have some smartphones hidden up its sleeve, and that one of them would be a certain Porsche Design P'9983.

The phone hasn’t been officially confirmed as of now, yet it was mentioned in the BlackBerry OS 10.3 code when the platform was made available for developers earlier this year, and has made another appearance this week.

The smartphone is being referred to as BlackBerry Khan and should arrive on the market as the successor of Porsche Design P'9982, which was launched last year with a design similar to that of BlackBerry Z10.

Apparently, BlackBerry is indeed working on this handset, as it was spotted in the newly released Dev OS 10.3.0.700, yet no further info on it has been provided as of now, as CrackBerry notes.

The available image with it suggests that BlackBerry might release it with dual cameras on the back, yet that remains to be officially confirmed.

As mentioned above, BlackBerry is set to launch some brand-new BlackBerry 10 handsets before the end of this year, and chances are that the unannounced Porsche Design P'9983 will be one of them, supposedly paired with another, more affordable handset. Hopefully, more on this will emerge soon, so stay tuned to learn the news.
