Launcher, or Launcher with Notification Center Widget, as it is entitled in the App Store on iTunes, is an iOS application for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch owners that lets you have a speed dial on your notification center. With Launcher, your most accessed items (contacts, apps, emails, etc.) are one click away!

Created by Cromulent Labs, the Launcher app was removed from the App Store back in September by Apple because it was not appropriate for their iOS mobile operating system at that point in time. According to the developers, Launcher is the first must-have app for iOS 8.

Today, the Launcher widget returns to the App Store with new features, such as the ability to decrease the size of the launchers you add in the Notification Center, as well as to hide the labels of the launchers. It is also possible now to add launchers from WhatsApp contacts.

The Pro Version of Launcher is now 20% off, but there’s also a Free Version

The new version also fixes various issues, such as the one with adding a new launcher in a filled row on iPhone 6 Plus, a possible crash that occurred when deleting launchers from the widget, and the inability to choose an email address for Messages or Facetime launchers.

Furthermore, the Sponsored Launcher has been removed from the Free Version of the app, the Sponsored Apps from App List has been removed from the Pro Version, as well as the Twitter and Facebook buttons from main view.

Last but not least, Launcher comes now with a simplified layout for the App List, allowing users to easily find the apps they want to add as launchers. You can get the new Launcher app from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch device powered by iOS 8.0 or later.
