Police have made an arrest in the case of the New York City laundromat attack in which a man has been beaten up and maced. The suspect also used the pepper spray on his 6-year-old daughter.

47-year-old father Derrick Dunn has been severely injured by the man assaulting both him and his daughter.

The security video from the laundromat is posted above, but user discretion is advised as it contains violent, shocking imagery that may offend. Gonzalez holds Dunn down with one hand while brutally punching him with the other and whipping out a can of mace.

The two men apparently got into an argument over a laundry cart, on Saturday, February 16, NY Daily News details.

27-year-old Fernando Gonzalez turned himself in as officials released the CCTV footage of the incident. He has been charged with assault and is currently awaiting prosecution.
