Polaroid Digital Camera App 1.0 Released for iPhone, iPad

A while ago, we wrote that a Polaroid Instant Camera App was available for download from the iTunes App Store. Now, an even better Polaroid app has emerged - Polaroid Digital Camera App by LoL Software, which allows users to choose from 30 different filters and colored borders to achieve the look of original Polaroid snaps.

Dubbed “the Official Polaroid Digital Camera App”, the software is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, according to the iTunes description.

Polaroid Digital Camera App “brings the sharing and creativity of Polaroid to you!”, LoL Software states.

“Choose from 30 different filters and colored borders to make your mobile photos look like true originals. No need to upload your photos to Facebook anymore, the Polaroid Digital Camera App for iPhone can now do that for you automatically,” the developer reveals.

Lol Software explains that the Polaroid Digital Camera App for iPhone will feature a selection of user-submitted filter ideas in future free upgrades, to ensure that the app becomes a truly creative tool for them.

In a report dating December 6, 2010, Polaroid officially announced its new Polaroid-branded application for iPhone.

The app features four Polaroid styles which users can choose from - black and white, vintage, colorize and digital – when taking pictures or editing pictures already stored on the iOS device.
