Do you want to remember life’s precious moments with your friends and family? A life-logging camera might be exactly what you need to achieve this end, and luckily, these devices have become smaller and smaller, enabling you to take them everywhere you go.

It’s the case of the fun, little Polaroid Cube camera which has been put on display for the first time at CES 2014.

The device is small enough to fit in your pocket and is capable of shooting full 1080p HD video. It even arrives with some rugged properties, so it will survive being dropped on the floor or in the water.

The camera measures just 2 square inches and comes bundled with a 124-degree, wide-angle lens to enable action shooting of all kinds.

Furthermore, it can be mounted on any metal surface by virtue of the embedded magnets. On the photography website Photojojo.com, there are three different mount options available for the camera.

So if you’re interested in purchasing the Cube, you could also want to pair it with the Tripod Mount that comes with a universal metal insert.

The Bike Mount has obviously been designed for bike owners and can be mounted on handlebars. Last but not least, there’s the Waterproof Case which will transform the camera into a device capable of functioning 10m / 32 ft underwater.

Also note that the suction mount can be attached to any flat surface, like a cabinet door or surface board.

Anyway, if you’re curious to find out what the other specifications of the Polaroid Cube are, here they go. The mini camera has a 6MP sensor to snap photos with, and it incorporates a microSD card and 32GB of internal storage.

The battery inside can provide up to 90 minutes of run time, and adopters will also find a USB charger cable in the bundle.

For the time being, the little cutie is up for pre-order on Photojojo for just 100 bucks and you can pick yours up in different coloring options, including azure, pink or black.

If you want to pick up the mounts, you’ll need to pay an extra $10 / €8 to $50 / €38. On top of that, you can even opt for a 12GB SD card for the fair price of $12 / €9.

In related news, if the Polaroid Cube isn't to your liking, you have a similar box-looking option you could go for instead.

The Lightbox is a smallish lifelogging camera that is as tiny as a strawberry. The device is not available for purchase yet, but you can secure such an item by pledging $119 / €87 on Kickstarter.
