SweetLabs is yet to publish the official release notes of Pokki 0.263.15.27, but this version was most likely launched to address some of the issues reported by users in the previous builds. As a result, expect enhanced performance and better stability after updating.
Pokki is currently one of the Start Menu alternatives that work just fine on Windows 8.1 Preview, Microsoft's first OS update expected to hit RTM next month.
Pokki doesn't replace the built-in 8.1 Start button, but instead creates a new one that provides one click access to the installed apps, just like the traditional Start Menu.
