Nintendo has released two new trailers for the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games, the new and revised entries in the popular series, coming later this year to the Nintendo 3DS.

The first new trailer showcases one of the new Mega Evolutions that have been added to the remastered Game Boy Advance games, Mega Slowbro. The funny-looking Pokemon can make use of the Shell Armor ability, protecting the creature from critical hits and raising its defense value, and thus making it particularly difficult to defeat.

The second trailer shows off Mega Audino, a peculiar evolution, as the Pokemon is not able to evolve in any other way. Similar to Mega Slowbro, Mega Audino has pretty high Defense and Special Attack Defense values, and he also possesses the Healer ability, making him a perfect pick for fights that require a lot of endurance or for Double Battles.

The overhauled games come with a lot of extra content, not just prettier graphics than the old 2002 Game Boy Advance games Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Players will be allowed to create their own Pokemon gym where they will be able to train their critters, and will also be able to visit their friends' Secret Bases.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is currently scheduled for launch on November 21, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS handheld gaming console.
