Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire was featured in the most recent episode of Pokemon Get-TV, and over the course of the feature, it was revealed that Team Aqua and Team Magma would get two new mega evolutions.

The clues point to the upcoming remakes of the Game Boy Advance classic Pokemon games having two more mega evolutions than expected, which seems to be plausible, considering Nintendo's recent orientation toward fan-service.

The Pokemon Get-TV show airs in Japan, but YouTube user pdwinnall captured the brief gameplay reveal and provided some useful commentary regarding the possibility of two new mega evolutions being included in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

The interesting bits of the gameplay footage reveal included Maxie and Sharpie, the bosses of Team Aque and Team Magma, respectively, with each character being shown wearing a mega evolution stone, which pretty much means that each of them has a Pokemon with a mega evolution in their team.

For the time being, we don't know what those Pokemon are. In the original games they were featured in, Pokemon Red and Blue, they relied on Camperupt and Sharpedo to do the brunt of the work, and their teams also included Mightyena, Zubat and Crobat.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are currently scheduled for release in November this year, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS handheld gaming device.
