14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Game Freak and publisher Nintendo have released the very first teaser trailer for the upcoming Pokemon Black and White 2.
The new video includes some rather dramatic sound effects and a number of assets that dedicated fans have already seen when the official announcement was made.
There is also some limited animation but there’s no big reveal about the new Pokemon that will be included or about entirely new gameplay mechanics.
The announcement of Pokemon Black and White 2 has surprised the fan base of the franchise, which was expecting to hear about a new Grey version of the two previous releases, set to arrive on the new 3DS handheld from Nintendo.
Nintendo says that Pokemon Black and White 2 will be launched only on the normal DS during the summer of this year and that Western gamers will be able to play it.
This is the first time that the Pokemon series has announced a full-on sequel.
