Point of View has just announced two new Android-powered tablets that use the new Jelly Bean version of Google’s operating system. The company is apparently betting on the large screen area as one tablet features a 9.7” diagonal while the second is a 10” gadget.

We’re very glad to see Point of View went for larger displays and quality IPS panels.

The first of the two is the 10-inch ProTab 3 XXL IPS that is powered by a Rockchip RK3066 dual-core Cortex A9 processor clocked at 1.6GHz.

It has 1 GB of DDR3 RAM and 8 or 16GB along with a microSD card slot and a 0.3MP front webcam paired with a 2.0MP rear camera.

The second Point of View tablet launched today is the 9.7-inch ProTab 3 IPS that is actually a little bit more expensive than the 10” version while featuring a slightly larger 8000mAh battery.

Yes, as strangely as it may seem, the 1280 by 800, 10-inch ProTab 3 XXL IPS tablet has a 7200mAh battery.
