Podcasts for Windows 8 Available for Download

Even though Windows 8 doesn’t feature an integrated podcasts app, it was only a matter of time before a third-party solution created in this regard was released for Microsoft’s newest operating system.

Podcasts! is a popular Windows Phone application, now available on Windows 8 too, that allows users to browse, search, stream and listen to thousands of podcasts straight from the Modern UI.

Of course, the app also allows you to subscribe to your favorite podcasts, but also to download episodes for playback while the program runs in the background.

It automatically keeps track of your played podcasts and lets you listen to them from where you left off, while also offering full support for rotation and snapped modes.

The app doesn’t require an account to subscribe to podcasts and works on all Windows versions on the market.
