CES 2011 is shaping up to be quite an interesting event for all you eReader fans out there, PocketBook just announcing they are about to showcase no less than six eReader devices during the show, including the Mirasol model that will feature a new type of electronic paper display developed by Qualcomm.

Although details are rather sketchy, the Mirasol will definitely be the star of PocketBooks lineup, according to early reports Qualcomm's full-color reflective display coming with a fast refresh rate while also boasting other impressive specs.

Although this is all that we know at this time about the Mirasol, PocketBook does reveal more details about the other five models destined to be showcased at CES.

Positioned somewhere between a tablet and a eReader, the next device in PocketBooks lineup is the IQ701 that comes with a seven inch color TFT display as well as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

The operating system of choice is Android 2.0, PocketBooks saying this is best suited for customers seeking entertainment function in an e-reader.

For those of you that prefer a more traditional eReader, the rest of PocketBook's lineup will surely prove to be more attractive.

Dubbed the PocketBook Pro 602, Pro 902, PocketBook Pro 603 and Pro 903, these differ only when it comes down to battery life and screen size, the 600 series featuring a six inch electronic paper display while the 900 series models provide users with about 10 inches of display real estate.

Battery life also differs between the two series, the 602 and 603 models winning this race with an estimated battery life of about 14,000 page flips.

Compared to the regular versions, the Pro models come with a stylus touch module for taking notes.

No informations regarding pricing are available at this time, but these will certainly be disclosed on January 6 2011, CES' first day.
