You are at a business meeting and you get a bunch of documents and offers you wish to scan. The problem is you don't have time to stop at the office or at home to run them through the scanner. What could you do?

The engineers over at Plustek have the most convenient and efficient solution: the portable scanner OpticSlim M12 Plus, which measures only 27.4 centimeters in length and 4.7 centimeters in width.

Plustek's miniaturized device is able to scan A4 size documents at 3 pages per minute and to automatically transform them in PDFs (Portable Digital Format).

Another major advantage of the scanner is the ability to draw power from the USB 1.1 port, which eliminates the need for an additional power cord.

Obviously, aside from A4 documents, one is able to scan business cards and brochures at a very high quality, the hardware resolution being 600 dpi, and the color depth 48 bits.
The price for the OpticSlim M12 Plus is $179 (102 pounds), which includes a base stand, a mount kit and a carrying pouch.
