Plextor D500 Evolution Headphones Pictured

Headphone sure aren’t the first thing that pops through one’s mind when thinking about Plextor, but the company has already released its fair share of phones so far and soon will out yet another model, the D500 Evolution.

Sporting an all-white design, the D500 Evolution were surely developed for the fashion aware users out there, but that doesn’t mean that audio quality isn’t up to par.

Quite on the contrary, these over the ears phones come with Plextor’s LiveMotion diaphragm technology, which is said to improve sound quality, while a series of other tweaks were brought to the earmuff design in order to improve their fit and comfort.

As far as pricing is concerned, these are just 4199 Yen (about $54 US) in Japan where they already hit retail, while other counties should get similar prices once the D500’s arrive at the beginning of 2012, says Expreview.
