14 DAY TRIAL // We have just got word that Brian Fargo and his Torment: Tides of Numenera project are about to storm Kickstarter on March 6.
Following the last year's successful funding of his Wasteland 2 project, which is still a work in progress, Brian Fargo is back on Kickstarter with the spiritual successor of the dark and gritty Planscape: Torment RPG.
Developed by InXile Entertainment, Torment: Tides of Numenera is in early pre-production and the actual work on the game is expected to start as soon as Wasteland 2 is out, which should be around October 2013.
Currently, InXile is working on finalizing the pledge rewards for the Kickstarter campaign, for which they are taking into consideration some of the fans’ ideas.
In order to raise the hype around the upcoming Kickstarter campaign for Torment’s sequel, Chris Avellone has given the game his endorsement in a new YouTube video you can watch above.
