Spam messages are currently the main concern for security companies and users, because their number is continuously increasing, as well as their methods that are more and more powerful. Usually, spam messages are sent through e-mail addresses for advertising different products like watches or medicines but there are even more methods for Internet spamming. SMS spam - mobile spamming, splogs - blog spamming or website spamming represent some of the most popular alternatives for the "classic" mail spamming method.

As you surely know, YouTube is Google's video service that allows you to upload, share and comment movies with friends, family or other members of the community. Although the company owns one more video service that currently provides similar features, Google sustained that YouTube will continue to exist because it owns an impressive community of users that are continuously posting and keeping the service up to date.

So, what's the relation between spam messages and YouTube? Well, it looks like the video service is going to create a new spam alternative soon, as more and more users are posting similar comments on numerous videos. The spam message is quite similar to the ones sent through instant messaging clients, saying that you must post the comment to at least 3 videos.

"PLEASE DON'T READ THIS. You will get kissed on the nearest possible Friday by the love of your life. Tomorrow will be the best day of your life. However, if you don't post this comment to at least 3 videos, you will die within 2 days. Copy and paste this, to be saved," the spam message posted as a comment to multiple video says.

Although I'm quite a daily YouTube user, I guess I'll die in the next 2 days... So, no matter if I die or not, please stop posting this comment because it's quite useless and all you do is spam YouTube.
