Playboy offers naughty content for PSP

The magazine for men will provide specially formatted images that can be admired with the naked eye (and that's not all that's naked) on Sony's latest console, PlayStation Portable.

Playboy Enterprises will offer photo galleries with nude or partially nude models, whose content has been formatted to be fully compatible with PSP.

Because the majority of Playboy readers are also video games enthusiasts, the chances of this service to be successful are very high, and adopting this new solution is the natural step in evolution.

Two photo galleries, each containing 15 photographs and 2-3 minutes video clips (both formats staring Sue Cooper, Cyber Girl of the Year) will be available for free on the Playboy web site. Only Cyber Club subscribers will have access to nude images, and more photos and video clips will be soon available.

Playboy has shown its interest in the video gaming market, but also in latest technology. In January, Playboy announced a collection of specially formatted galleries for several digital media players, among which the famous Apple iPod.

In last year's October, the magazine published a collection of images portraying famous female characters from video games, the heroes being topless or scarcely dressed.

Although Playboy is the first company that offers galleries with nude images specifically formatted for the Sony PlayStation, the console has tasted before a little bit of nakedness. This thing was achieved by breaking the console's code, so that it can be used as a browser, and those who managed to break it were able to set naughty images as wall papers.
