PlayStation Vita's 1-Year Anniversary Brings Discounts for Games on the PAL PS Store

Sony has just confirmed that, for the 1-year anniversary of its PlayStation Vita handheld console, it's slashing the prices of Vita games on the PAL PS Store by a whopping 50%.

The PlayStation Vita came out last February and, while the handheld platform didn't exactly impress that many customers, it received a wide variety of great games from all sorts of companies, particularly Sony itself.

Now, in honor of the device's 1-year anniversary, Sony has decided to slash the prices of many different PlayStation Vita games that can be downloaded via the PlayStation Store in PAL regions like Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.

Regular PS Vita owners can get up to 50% discounts while those with PS Plus subscriptions can score an extra 10 percent price cut on certain titles.
