The new console also benefits from Sony studio support

One of the big problems for all home console launches is the presence of important titles, but Sony seems to have solved the conundrum for the PlayStation 4, which will apparently get content from 149 third-party companies.

During the reveal of the PlayStation 4, gamers got to see titles from:

Activision – the company brought Bungie’s new title Destiny to the new console while partners at Blizzard announce that the action RPG Diablo III was also a launch game; Ubisoft – showed off a new demo for Watch Dogs; Square Enix – revealed a new Final Fantasy and Agni’s Philosophy; Capcom - a project called Deep Down was shown off alongside a new engine; CD Project – announced the next gen launch of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
