Motorstorm demo playable

Even tough Sony is missing some of the PS3 shipment targets, there is still some good news regarding the Sony's "black wonder.

Gaming news site Kotaku is streaming a YouTube (those who sold out to Google) video showing some American dudes playing on PS3 kiosks. The kiosks have been installed in Toys R Us stores in the Big Apple. All I can figure out of the poor quality video is that people are playing some kind of racing game, presumably a Motorstorm demo if we are to believe Kotaku.

But don't get me wrong, not all Toys R Us stores have a PlayStation 3 kiosk installed, but only the one in Times Square. So, hurry and catch the train, maybe you will get a chance to play Motorstorm yourself.

Destructoid also posted some photos of the kiosk as Robert Summa quickly got around and managed to snap a few images of the "black monster". He reports that there is a station set up with four units but only one is playable (imagine the queue there).

The first PS3 kiosk appeared in the Japanese store Nikkei quite some time ago. Those units did not have any playable software but there were showing some trailers and other teasers.
