14 DAY TRIAL // My fears regarding those supposedly leaked iPhone photos from earlier today may have been confirmed.
After performing some surgery on the images, a French blog discovered that the object in question is most probably an iPhone 5 dressed in a case.
As I was skeptically conveying this so-called leak to our readers earlier today, I pondered that this object was far too thick for anything coming out of Apple past the 2007 mark.
Apparently, the French blokes at NowhereElse.fr think the same. They processed the image and enhanced some parts to show what appears to be a simple iPhone case.
The Lightning connector sticking out of its hole is one giveaway, but I cannot stress enough that the bulk alone is the best indication that we’re dealing with a faux leak. Apple would never launch anything thicker than the iPhone 4S in this day and age.
