Angelina Jolie went for her new Ethiopian daughter, together with her 3-year-old Cambodian son Maddox. Her dear friend Brad Pitt joined her in the trip.

The couple did not reveal other details on the adoption to The Associated Press.

The 5-month-old Ethiopian girl was named Zahara Marley Jolie, according to People magazine's web site.

According to Tesfeye Berhu, manager of the Wide Horizons agency, which arranged the adoption, the natural parents of the baby girl are suspected to have died of AIDS.

Zahara is one of over 5 million orphans in the country, who have lost their parents to famine, war, disease and AIDS, which had killed more than 900,000 people in Ethiopia.

The number of private adoption agencies in the capital has doubled in the past year, as the number of foreign adoptions doubled as well.
In a country with severe laws meant to prevent fraudulent paperwork in adoption cases, the average adoption fee charged by the agencies is $20,000.

The twice-divorced actress, who has been insisted on having a new addition to her family, adopted the Ethiopian baby-girl, as her son Maddox suggested he wanted a sister from Africa, the country he appeared to like best.

Jolie, 30 and Pitt, 41 who have been recently photographed together near her new estate in an English village, where Brad has also bought himself a cottage, are believed to have been living a romantic off-screen relationship.
Brad, Angelina and Maddox have also been photographed together on a beach in Africa.

Meanwhile, Pitt is expecting the official papers stating his divorce from Jennifer Aniston.

Although the couple announced their separation in January, Jennifer filed for divorce in March. Now, the "Friends" star is dealing with a nervous tension caused by the high attention paid by the media to their situation, especially with the paparazzi invading her privacy.
