Corel Inc. has launched the official iOS version of Pinnacle Studio in the App Store for iPhone, offering a powerful video editing experience on the go. The iPad version has been retooled and supports iOS 7 as well as 64-bit processing.

The iPhone app launched today for the first time on the App Store and is available for $9.99 (US & CAD) / £6.99 (UK) / €8.99. Corel promises to deliver “the ultimate video editing experience on your iPhone.”

Creative types can work with any kind of media (video, audio, and photos), arrange clips in the Storyboard, make precise edits with the ability to trim individual frames, use montage templates to create 3D animations and transitions, picture-in-picture, slo-mo, the works!

Three audio tracks are available, plus AV sync audio, with the same trimming features and other speed adjustment settings, as well as options for levels, fade, and voiceover. Users can share their creations directly to YouTube, Facebook, and Box, or export projects to the desktop app.

An updated version of Pinnacle Studio for iPad is available, featuring a redesigned UI, support for 64-bit processing, and iOS 7 compatibility. The iPad installment sells for $12.99 / €1.99 / £8.99.
