Pink Opens Up About Life as a Brand New Mommy

Though she certainly doesn’t want to appear as the kind of woman one would want to mess with, Pink does have a very soft side – and she’s showing it on Twitter, where she’s recently opened up about her newborn baby girl.

The singer and her husband Carey Hart welcomed their daughter, Willow Sage, into the world a couple of weeks ago and, for the first time ever since, Pink is dishing on the joys of motherhood.

Unlike other celebrities, she’s not speaking for the first time about her child with the glossies, opting instead for Twitter, which offers her plenty of room to keep her fans up to speed with everything.

Of course, there are things about life before the baby that she misses, but being with Willow is such a wonderful experience that it makes up for absolutely everything.

“My life was once whiskey, tears, and cigarettes... now it’s snot, tears, and the color of poop. #bliss,” Pink writes on her Twitter.

It may be bliss, but Pink will always be a true rock star at heart. “I do miss the whiskey though,” she adds.

She’s not the only one to go soft on Twitter: Carey also took to his official webpage to say a few words about how his life has changed since getting back with Pink and, most importantly, since she gave birth to their first child.

“My wife Pink owns my heart,” he wrote shortly after Willow was born.

“And she just gave me my best achievement of my life... Medals and flips got nothing on her,” Carey added.

Earlier this week, Pink offered a few hints about what it was that made her such a wonderful wife, besides the fact that she’d just given birth to Willow.

“I’m a really cool wife. i sent my hubby out today to ride while we hang with Grandma. i should get a medal or an ice cream or something,” she wrote.
