LG Viewty now comes in a pink version, to lure all the ladies out there and also to harmonize with Spring's colors. This new version adds to the black and silver existing ones, offering users more choices. For the moment the pink Viewty is only available in LG's homeland, South Korea, but it should also hit the European market in a few weeks and the North American one somewhere during the second quarter of the year.

Also known as KU990, LG Viewty offers both high-end features and an elegant design - the perfect combination for success - hence it's among the most popular mobile phones at this time, despite its kind of high retail price ($600 - $700, depending on where you get it from).

The pink Viewty has all the features included in the original model. Users will get 3 inch TFT touchscreen with haptic feedback and 240 x 400 pixels, Flash UI, tri-band GSM connectivity, HSDPA, GPRS, EDGE, Video and Music players, FM radio with RDS, WAP 2.0 and HTML browsers, mobile email, Bluetooth with A2DP, USB 2.0, Java MIDP 2.0, document viewer, 170MB of built-in memory and microSD card slot. Plus, obviously, the cool 5 Megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, auto focus, flash and video recording (VGA at 30 fps, QVGA at 120 fps)

Pink mobile phones are usually highly successful, as girls and women really like devices dressed in this color. Therefore, all the important handset manufacturers offer pink versions of their phones. For example, we have a pink Samsung G600, pink Sony Ericsson T650 and even Nokia E61i and E65 in pink. Now LG Viewty is also on the pink list, and there will surely be more handsets to be added.

We spotted a video presentation of the pink Viewty on YouTube and we pinkly invite you to see it. It's in Korean, by the way.
